Fascinated by the Hindi cinema, like most small-town kids are, I was extremely happy to have shifted to Mumbai with a goal to work in the industry. "I have to try it", is what I told myself. But thanks to fate(city of opportunities like they say), I came in the sweet touch of the social sector and I could not stop myself from taking up those projects even though I was at Yash Raj Films(and I say that with pride). 

One thing(project) led to another, it took me to such integral parts of people's lives; I seemed to have found myself a sense of purpose. I got completely detached from all the "awe" of Bollywood, no offense Karan; and plunged into a new sea. I kept finding myself alongside such amazing personalities working with such passion, "I had to try it" again.

And it's been so fulfilling, I don't see myself going back.
