M.L. Dhawale Trust | Legacy & Fundraising Films
Maharshtra, India

This film series documents the legacy of Dr. M. L. Dhawale Memorial Trust, an institution that has quietly shaped lives and communities for over three decades. Established in 1987, MLDT’s work is rooted in an unwavering commitment to the marginalized, whether that is a poor patient seeking care, a rural family needing support, a woman navigating pregnancy, or a young student in search of opportunity.

Through these films, we trace the journey of MLDT from its earliest days of treating patients under open skies to a vast healthcare and community development ecosystem today, comprising multiple hospitals, clinics, rural centers, and a mobile medical unit that reaches over 1.5 lakh patients annually. Homoeopathy remains the core of its medical practice, complemented by a deeply holistic approach to health, education, livelihoods, and social well-being.

The films also highlight MLDT’s role beyond clinical care, showcasing its work in maternal and child health, livelihood creation, education, and research. Equally central is the Trust’s contribution to knowledge-building, from government-funded research initiatives to training generations of homoeopathic practitioners through its postgraduate institute and educational programs.

Designed as both a tribute and a call to action, these films aim to honour Dr. Dhawale’s lifelong pursuit of knowledge and service, while inviting supporters and donors to become part of an institution that continues to heal, teach, and transform lives every day.
