ComMutiny – The Youth Collective works in Giridih, Jharkhand through its Peer Leader initiative to nurture public leadership among young people. The programme supports peer leaders and change makers from Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) in collaboration with the Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS), strengthening civic participation among adolescent girls and boys with a focus on gender equity.

The film documentation followed leadership bootcamps, community engagement processes, and everyday interactions between young participants and local stakeholders. The approach remained observational and grounded in real environments, allowing the voices and rhythms of the programme to guide the narrative.

The resulting films are used for programme reflection, partner communication, and wider visibility of youth‑led civic action in the region.
